Jan McMillan joined the Rotorua VETPlus team in 1995. She graduated in 1988 and after 2 years at the Taradale Vet hospital in Napier and 2 Years working for Kamo Vets in Whangarei she ventured overseas with her husband and took up a full time position for Goddards Vet group in London before returning to Rotorua with her husband in 1995.
She enjoys small animal medicine and surgery and likes discussing behavioural problems, and being involved with school visits and puppy classes.
Although she lived in Dunedin until heading off to Massey, she now considers herself a Rotorua girl with 2 girls herself and a menagerie of pets. She enjoys horse riding and the outdoor activities Rotorua has to offer.
