Peta is part of the VETPlus Rural team where she works as a large animal technician. She recently graduated from Massey University in Palmerston North where she was studying for a Bachelor of Veterinary Technology as part of New Zealand’s first ever class of Veterinary Technologists.

Peta has always loved looking after animals great and small. She currently resides in Rotorua with her partner Andrew and her two cats Hiss and Mousse. Peta grew up in the Bay of Plenty and is loving being back in the area where she can make good use of Rotorua’s great Redwoods running tracks.
